This year the Rooster pay tribute to Rooster #637 Kevin ‘Stumpy’ Stevens. A proud Gumbaynggirr man, premiership player, and humble role model. Designed by his niece Casey Armfield-Stevens, the artwork reflects family, legacy, and the bond between Stumpy and his brother Terry Stevens who shared the field and a deep connection to Country. From the six guiding stars to the flowing river and eel-tailed catfish, every detail honours home, heritage, and the people who shaped him. It's a powerful celebration of a man whose story lives on through community, culture, and the club he helped define.
