Returns Policy

We understand it can sometimes be difficult to choose the right items online and we want to ensure you are completely happy with your purchasing experience.

*You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where products are faulty, incorrectly described, different from pictured.

*We allow you to return any item for a exchange or store credit, within 30 days of receiving your original order. Excluding high end shoes the exception to this policy is for Asics, Onisuka Tiger, Nike, Under Armour, Brooks, Mizuno, all of which we will not accept any returns or exchanges. 

**All postage charges will be the responsibilty of the buyer.

Please ensure you have picked the correct size and item, as we do not refund your item you are not happy with the item because it is the wrong size. You are more than welcome to exchange for a different size or for another item on our store.

If there any issues, such as you have selected the wrong size or colour for your item but would like to change before we ship out your item. Please send us an email as soon as you are able.

For all returns or exchanges, please ensure:

  1. Items are unworn and unused (with the original tags)
  2. Items are in the original packaging (which needs to be in original condition)
  3. You retain your receipt for proof of purchase
Please note, some returns may need to be assessed to determine whether a repair, replacement or refund is appropriate and in some cases products may need to be sent to the manufacturer for assessment.

For all returns please email our team at sales@sportinghousedirect.com who will give you further instructions on the returns process. The process is fairly simple:
  • Our Customer Service team will give you return instructions including where to send your items.
  • When we receive your items, they're inspected and then your exchange/refund is processed.
  • If there are any issues with your return (like they don't meet the criteria above), we'll be in touch.
