Your order will processed and shipped as soon as we have check stock at our warehouse and stores for your items. This can take up 2-5 business days. Processing your order may take longer than usual, as some items may need to be picked directly from our stores or warehouse. So please understand we will try to secure item for your order the best we can. On ocasion some items will be out of stock, we will call/ email you and offer a similar type of item or refund your order. Please email us if you have any concerns or wish to have you item express shipped.

We use Australia Post's eParcel service for most deliveries within Australia as they provide a fast, trackable and secure service, and you can expect delivery within 2-5 business days. Unexpected delays can occur once the item has been shipped out. As soon as it shipped it out of our control. We will provide you a tracking number where possible.
